Sailor became a responsible manly man today. He got neutered. I know what you're thinking - Sailor had no CHOICE in the matter. This is true. However, since we don't plan on having any more little Sailors running around, we decided it would be the very best to get him fixed. We also did it for health reasons.
Anyway - since I am feeling somewhat guilty for putting the little guy through such a traumatic ordeal, I thought it'd be nice to do a little giveaway. YAY ! We like giveaways !!

Neutering provides major health benefits for your male.
Besides preventing unwanted litters, neutering your male companion prevents testicular cancer, if done before six months of age.
and I do think it's very important to spay or neuter your pet because there are way too many unwanted animals out their. Poor things, I love all animals so much and it breaks my heart to think of how some of them are treated. We live in the country and have so many unwanted pets pitched out of cars. I came home one day last winter and there was a mama dog and 8 puppies on my deck, I was lucky to find good homes for all of them, but there are so many that don't find a home. It's not just dogs, we had a cat come to the house that had no ears they had been tore off! I wonder to myself How can a pet owner just pitch his pet? do they even wonder if it's starving, or been ran over or attacked by another animal? People if You can't deal with more then one Please get your pet spayed or neuter, if you don't have the money some vets will work with you on a price, by giving a discount or by a payment plan. Do it before it's to late!

I think its important to spay/neuter your pet for health reasons and also to help keep the population down. There are so many unwanted pets. I just adopted my dog Murphy from our local rescue group on Halloween. He was looking for a new forever home for over 4 months, poor guy. So glad we found each other and are so happy. Just feel bad for all the other dogs still looking.

I think it's important to spay/neuter your pet because it prevents unwanted animals. Shelters are overflowing and underfunded.
